Use of personal data.
Upon arrival we will make a scan/copy of your passport/identity card and also the passports/identity cards of your fellow guests. In accordance with the legal obligation, this copy will be stored by us for 1 year as requested by the Guardia Civil. The aforementioned data is used for the following purposes:

We can contact you through email and in case you have provided your prior consent, send you a newsletter. This form of communication will include an unsubscribe option.
Distribution to third parties
The information you provide will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the agreement and to process your reservation (request)/booking. We will not provide the information you provided to other parties if you have not given your consent, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is legally required or permitted.
In this context, we are obliged to provide the Guardia Civil with the following information for each guest: first name, last name, date of birth, identification number, type of identification, date of issue and validity. A copy of this statement, together with the scan of your proof of identity, will be kept available by us for the Guardia Civil for 1 year in accordance with the legal obligation.
