IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The swimming pool can be used all year round.
• All apartments and communal indoor areas are completely non-smoking.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All prices are per night based on a stay of 2 persons, including VAT, water / electricity, air conditioning / heating, bed linen, luxury towels and wifi.
• The minimum stay is 3 nights. No reduction is applied for single use.
• We do not have pin equipment and do not accept credit cards.
  
• We always advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
• We cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss during your stay with us or related to the use of our facility facilities. You stay at your own risk.
• Our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement apply to all bookings and reservations.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 23:00. Check-in after 23.00 hours is possible on request and we apply a surcharge of € 25,-. Check-out is possible until 11:00 am on the day of departure. A late check-out (until 18:00) is only possible on request and based on availability. For this we apply a surcharge of € 50,-. There will be no refund for early departures.

Location & accessibility
To fully enjoy all that beautiful Andalusia has to offer, we advise you to rent a car. The villa is located 50 minutes from Malaga Airport, is situated on a paved road and is very easy to access by searching in Google Maps for Casa La Calera Teba.

Adults Only, Children & Extra Beds
Casa La Calera is an adults only accommodation. Extra baby cots or single beds are not available. Our studio apartments are suitable for 2 adults.

Family Occasions & Retreats
We do not accept group bookings. You can book a maximum of 2 apartments. Groups of more than 4 persons are not allowed.
Casa La Calera is not suitable for (family) celebrations, bachelor parties etc. We offer a quiet, intimate and cosy atmosphere, therefore parties are not allowed. No extra beds can be added. It is not allowed to invite and bring unregistered guests to Casa La Calera.

Cancellation
• If canceled up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation costs amount to 50% of the total rent.
• In case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 100% of the total rent.
• In case of a no show, the full rent is due.
